Our school and colleges team has this week launched a new, bespoke careers offer for Multi-Academy Trusts – designed to help MATs achieve wider strategic goals while meeting the needs of individual schools.

Careers Collaborative equips MATs of all sizes to embed a holistic, standardised, and effective careers strategy that aligns with the new Gatsby Benchmarks, Ofsted, and statutory requirements.

From CPD and curriculum development (Gatsby Benchmark 4), to policy compliance and employer engagement, Career Connect brings decades of experience in every aspect of school careers provision.

Meet our team

Chloe Elliott, Operations Manager for our schools and colleges team said:

“We understand that every MAT is different. That’s why we begin with a conversation. A chance to really understand your trust’s current provision, priorities, and challenges.

“Collaboration really is at the heart of this offer, and we will work closely with your Multi-Academy Trust to co-design a package of activity that meets objectives and is fully measurable – wherever you and your individual schools, are in their careers journey.”

Tailored to each Multi-Academy Trust, Careers Collaborative includes:

Initial audit/Health check/Mocksted
