In every area where Career Connect delivers services, we build strong strategic relationships with local stakeholders including local authorities, LEPs, combined authorities, Jobcentre Plus, HMPPS, social landlords, education establishments and with other providers to ensure our services are fully integrated within the local delivery landscape.
We regularly seek new partners to help us deliver particular services, such as engaging hard-to-reach or minority groups, supporting people to overcome a range of barriers, delivering training and providing expert advice and support services. These supply chain opportunities are openly advertised and we are always interested to work with new partners who help us achieve our goals in social mobility.
We also work with a wide range of partners to ensure appropriate referrals in and out of our services and collocate to ensure our service users can easily access the support they need. We want to strengthen our networks with partners who are working closely with BAME communities, LGBTQ+ clients and other under-represented groups.
If you believe in creating a better future for the people we work with and would like to work with us, please get in touch.
