We love to look after our people and their wellbeing

Flexi Time

We don’t hold you to fixed 9-5 pattern because our clients don’t need us to work that way. We make sure that we capture the extra hours you do, and you’ll have them in the bank to take back another time. When the full-time week is only 35h, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?

Benefits

We love to look after our people and their wellbeing. We offer Perkbox Platinum Package which includes great staff discounts, freebies and rewards eye care vouchers, an employee assistance programme, 6 sessions of counselling, cycle to work scheme, birthday leave, travel loans for season tickets, generous travel expenses and we’re always on the look out for new ways to reward our people.

Holidays

You will start with 25 days, but this will increase to 31 as you accrue service with us. This is in addition to all the bank holidays and you’ll enjoy an occasional flexi-day too!

Sick Pay

We offer generous rates of occupational sick pay, where entitlement increases with length of service. This boosts the statutory sick pay rates, to ease some of the financial burden for our people when they are unwell.

Creating Impact

We survey our teams to ask them about benefits of their work; seeing the impact they make on people’s lives and the difference their contribution makes on a daily basis, is what genuinely drives Career Connect people. It’s a hugely rewarding role.

Development

We’ll help you manage your professional development. After a robust induction, we support qualifications and ongoing CPD for our people, which includes access to our own professional development centre, delivering accredited courses, up to Level 6.
