We Deliver

The CFO3 contract is a social inclusion project targeting offenders with multiple barriers in addition to their ETE needs e.g. accommodation, substance misuse and issues with mental/physical health.

Targeting the hardest to help offenders ensures that those who are not currently able to access mainstream provision can be supported to return to the labour market.

In addition to this core cohort, Achieve have 4 dedicated sub-projects. These are designed to target some of the most disadvantaged and include:

  1. Women with significant drug & alcohol misuse issues
  2. Men & Women with significant mental health needs
  3. Older offenders, including those reintegrating following longer prison sentences
  4. Vulnerable Women, including those at risk of self-harm/suicide or suffering domestic abuse

We also work with Youth Services to support young offenders aged 16 – 18 years to improve their employment prospects.

Delivery is supported by our partnership with 10 sub-contractors and a range of other suppliers who offer participants a variety of specialist interventions. To find out more about them, please visit or our ‘’Sub-contractors’’ page.
