Achieve Community delivery sites
Achieve work in many different community sites. We recognise the difference between large urban areas compared with the more rural areas of the region, and we adapt our delivery accordingly.
Case Managers work with participants to identify needs and aspirations and agree individually tailored Action Plans that focus on the goal of employment. Participants work to complete a range of activities including improving confidence, obtaining ID, obtaining disclosure advice and applying for work. Specialist referrals are made to organisations that provide support with issues such as accommodation, substance misuse and debt. Case Managers deliver a range of accredited Open Awards and provide access to other accredited training and employment opportunities. We closely liaise with colleagues from National Probation Service and Community Rehabilitation companies to ensure that our delivery is in line with an individual’s sentence/licence condition or restrictions.
