Change Management

Understand change management and how to effectively support others through organisational changes.

While often uncomfortable, change is necessary for growth and continuous improvement. Change management is the systematic approach of preparing for, supporting, and helping individuals and teams through organisational changes.  

Who is this session for?  

This session is for:

  • anyone who wants to implement strategies, and affect and control change in an organisation
  • people in a role where they are supporting others to adapt to organisational changes (e.g. company restructure, job role changes, merging of teams, etc.) 

What is the session aim?

To help you prepare to lead others through a period of change.

What will I learn?

By the end of the session, learners should:

  • Gain an understanding of change management.
  • Be equipped with the tools to prepare, equip, and support individuals through changes so that they can successfully adopt them.
  • Be prepared to apply these skills to current and future changes.
