Support Our Work

Whether you are looking to make an individual donation, or share your expertise at a Careers Fair, there are lots of opportunities to support our work.

There are many ways to support us as we empower young people and adults to move on to brighter futures.

Donations we receive give our teams the freedom to develop and trial innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of the people they support.

Your donation could also help remove the often-hidden barriers, funding things like travel to a training course, ID, or clothes for an interview.

These targeted solutions can remove barriers and bridge gaps in provision for some of the most vulnerable people, supporting them to access new opportunities and reach their full potential.

Our research and impact work helps us to identify where we can achieve the most impact. Services are designed around the individual needs of their users and the voices of participants are central to developing our provision.

Fund a project (Charitable Trusts and Foundations)

We are interested in working with Charitable Trusts and Foundations to expand the geographical reach and impact of our work.

We have fundraising priorities in the following areas:
  • Education, training and employment outcomes
  • Social mobility
  • Building resilience
  • Supporting positive outcomes for those engaged in the criminal justice system

We work closely and transparently with our funders, sharing regular progress and impact reports.

Make an individual donation

You can make a one-off or regular donation via our donation portal.

Examples of what your support could enable us to do include:

  • Deliver a course on financial literacy for care leavers
  • Buy PPE to allow a young person to attend a construction course
  • Run a soft engagement session for young people with social, emotional and mental health conditions, helping reduce social isolation
  • Support a prison leaver to access a travel pass or training course.

You may wish to donate to a specific programme, or have a targeted issue in mind, that you would like us to help you tackle. We can work with you to target your support in the right place to deliver the most impact and social value.

Your corporate donation could be:

  • one-off
  • include sponsorship of specific events/programmes
  • follow a charity of the year model
  • a longer-term corporate partnership
