We are Recruiting a Business System Co-Ordinator

Salary up to £21,682, full time, permanent

Based at 44 Peter Street, Manchester, M2 5GP

We are launching a new learning and employment service within Greater Manchester’s Probation Service to help people into learning and employment. The Business System Co-Ordinator role will support the Service Manager, Team Leader and Key Workers with all aspects of quality assurance, compliance monitoring and administration to contribute towards an efficient and quality service.

We are seeking proactive individuals who are good communicators and able to connect with others to achieve the best results. Recording accurate information and experience of using databases to support project delivery is a vital part of the job. You should have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable working with IT systems. We will provide all training needed to perform the job and support you to get established in the role.

Your package

Full time and part time roles are available. Our full-time staff enjoy a 35h working week and we also offer flexitime – so if we ask you to do extra hours, we’ll make sure you can take them back another time.

The salary for this position is up to £21,682 with reimbursement for any additional travel, plus various benefits, including great training, career progression, birthday leave, Perkbox, Green Cycle to Work scheme and lots more. Holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays, increasing with longer service.
