We are hiring Employment Support workers
Salary range between £23,266 to £26,217 (Perm)

The successful candidate will support offenders into employment and learning opportunities. They will be working with offenders to connect with them and to help them move forward by engaging them in learning, training and employment opportunities to reduce their risk of re-offending.
Experience is preferred, however you will be given all the training you need to do the role and will be provided with support to get established in the new role.

- · Experience working with people in custody is preferred but not essential
We are Achieve North-West Connect, dedicated to helping people in custody or subject to community supervision by the National Probation Service (NPS), to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities to help reduce the likelihood of them re-offending. We currently employ a team of more than 50 case managers across the North-West, who work on this highly successful programme. Wage – £23,266 to £26,217 p/a
Hours – 35 hours per week
Holidays – 25 days + bank holidays (up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service)
