Job Description

Engagement Coach

Salary range – £19,000 – £24,052 per annum

We are looking to recruit a Careers Coach to join our friendly community team in Manchester. They will become part of a team that provides careers support to 16-18 year-olds who are not in education, employment or training, helping them to identify their career ambitions and move into fulfilling employment and training. The role will be based at our office at The Millennium Powerhouse in Moss Side though you will be working flexibly in venues in the community.

Salary range is £19,000 – £24,052 for a 35-hour week and we have great opportunities for staff training and internal progression. This role is being advertised as permanent.

Job requirements
