Job Description

Salary £39,818 – £44,202 (permanent) 

Location: Walker House, Liverpool, L2 3YL (Flexibility for home working)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to help us realise significant growth through securing new contracts and the development of our products and services. 

You will help to deliver the Charity’s five year strategy to develop our work with young people in schools, those who are NEET and our work with offenders in prison and the community. 

We are looking for candidates with at least five year’s experience of working in business development, ideally leading successful large bids (worth £500k+ p/a), business analysis of opportunities, development of service solutions and project management. 

Candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships, negotiate with and persuade a wide range of commissioners/funders/partners. They will have the ability to motivate and influence across a range of levels internally, including with senior leadership team members and trustees.
