We are Recruiting 3 x Team support Co-ordinators


The roles are based across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

1 x Lancashire Team – Based in Preston, 

1x Greater Manchester and Cheshire team – Based in Manchester, 

1 x Cumbria and Greater Manchester – Location to be decided.

Salary scale: £27,625 – £30,452, Full Time, Perm


Achieve North West Connect deliver the CFO3 contract which supports offenders into employment and learning opportunities. This project is co-financed by Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and the European Social Fund (ESF). We have a team of Case Managers who actively engage with people serving prison sentences or on community-based sentences to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities. The team support co-ordinator will support the team manager to lead and manage the operational delivery of this contract to ensure it meets its aims and objectives.

You will be skilled in managing and inspiring staff to meet their targets. The successful candidate will have experience in managing people and be skilled in the multi-tasking required of a team support co-ordinator.

Our full-time staff enjoy a reasonable 35h working week and we also offer flexi-time, so when we ask our staff to do extra, we always make sure they’ve got those hours to take back another time. It’s a great benefit of working for Career Connect.

Team support co-ordinators are paid on a scale between £27,625 – £30,452 and you will be reimbursed for any additional travel, beyond your main base of work. Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays and we give up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service.
