One-to-one and Group Careers Information, Advice and Guidance

Our careers advisers can provide one-to-one and group careers information, advice and guidance sessions, designed to suit the needs of your students.
With experience of delivering in a range of alternative provision settings, our advisers work closely with students, staff, parents/carers and agencies.
All of the support we deliver is designed to be appropriate, meet the needs of each student, and include a personal action plan to support informed decisions.
Our aim is to deliver the right support, in the right way, with a focus on preparing students for periods of transition.
Impartiality is at the heart of everything we do. Our careers advisers have a vast knowledge of career pathways and qualifications.
Our advisers will get to know each young person’s goals and needs, to help them make the right decision for them.
Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching
Delivered by trained staff, these one-to-one sessions are designed to help young people develop commitment and confidence, improve emotional control and learn how to effectively deal with set backs and challenges.
Career Coaching
Coaching can empower students to identify their skills and qualities, consider their goals, and explore career options linked to these.
Our professionally qualified careers coaches can develop targeted packages of support to help your students maximise their potential. They can work individually with students to support them in removing barriers to success.
Coaching can also help students to develop coping strategies that they can use throughout work and life.
Pre-Work Experience
Key stages 3, 4 and 5.
An alternative to traditional work experience, for groups.
This programme allows students who may not be able to engage with traditional work experience to learn about local industry, visit related employers and work as a group to understand the skills needed to be successful.
We offer a choice of activities developed to be meet the needs of individuals, and employer encounters to help equip students with confidence and experience for working life.
World of Work: Employability and Work Experience Alternative
We can organise school-based activities to support groups of students who are not ready or unable to go out on work experience.
This programme is aimed at Year 10 students and above who will be preparing for the transition into HE, FE, or employment.
Activities include Q&A sessions with employers, access to Higher Education providers and activities that build confidence, skills, and knowledge to prepare for future employment.
We take innovative and experiential approaches to engage students with careers and widen horizons. We have vast experience of organising exciting and inspiring employer and provider encounters.
