We specialise in building links with employers across all sectors. We help organise exciting and thought-provoking employer encounters for your school or college.

Careers Fairs

We design, organise, and deliver bespoke careers fairs to equip your students with the very latest knowledge of Further Education, Higher Education, Apprenticeships and local labour market opportunities.

We aim to showcase between 20-40 exhibitors from a range of sectors, depending on space available. We support your school or college to be Baker Clause Compliant.

We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with employers, to support repeated engagement with your school or college.

Mock Interviews

Key stages 3, 4 and 5
We organise mock interviews with employers, Higher Education, and Further Education providers.

The aim is to help students to develop their skills and provide them with a clear understanding of recruitment and application processes. Students will receive constructive feedback to help them perfect their interview technique.

Our service includes preparation, organisation, and attendance on the day.

Work Related Learning and Enterprise Events

Key Stages 1,2,3,4,5
Our workshops allow students to showcase their innovation and presentation skills.  They are available for a full year group or targeted groups of students.

Employers attend and sets a task based on local labour market opportunities, skills, and school/college or cohort priorities.

Our events enable students to understand the skills needed in business and provide the opportunity to work creatively in teams for a common aim.

We also provide meaningful pre and post event reflection and evaluation.

Jobs for Tomorrow: Meet the Employers

Key stages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Designed for a whole year group, this event focuses on employer encounters within local growth sectors, delivering lively sessions and direct interactions between students and employers.

Students are then given time to work in groups to prepare for the session, and reflect on their experience, and learning.

The aim is for students to feel more informed about local areas of growth, experience multiple employer encounters, and enjoy interacting and asking questions in a lively and engaging environment.

We also provide meaningful pre and post event reflection and evaluation.

Challenging Stereotypes Workshop

Key stages 1,2,3,4
Our workshops allow for students to showcase their innovation and presentation skills.  They are available for a full year group or targeted groups of students.

This half-day event features employers working in non-traditional roles and industries.

The event is focused on broadening pupils understanding of the world of work and local opportunity structure.

Alongside providing multiple employer encounters, the service challenges students’ perceptions about work, sectors, age, and gender.

The challenging stereotype events are a unique and engaging way of introducing students to the world of work.

We also provide meaningful pre and post event reflection and evaluation

Employability Masterclass – work and apprenticeships

Key stages 4 and 5
We offer an intensive support programme for young people looking at Apprenticeships or applying for work.

The programme is modelled to recreate an assessment centre that will enable young people to successfully gain employment.

All aspects of employability are covered, including access to employers.

A benefit of this programme is that students will have a full understanding of the skills needed to be successful in work,  a deeper understanding of the recruitment process and how to secure work.

Reach for the Future Programme

Key stages 2, 3, 4, 5

This inspiring programme introduces young people to the skills needed to be successful in work. It includes employer-led sessions to help students apply their curriculum learning to the world of work.

The engaging and interactive sessions are delivered by a qualified coach who will work with a group of students to improve their motivation, skills and behaviours, whilst also learning about how these very important skills relate to the workplace.

The programme has proven to provide students with increased attendance, confidence and learning engagement.
