The standard is also fully aligned with all Gatsby Benchmarks.
In order to achieve the award, settings must meet the statutory requirements and every Gatsby Benchmark.
Each school or college undertaking the award is allocated an expert mentor to support you in collating and presenting the evidence required to achieve the award. The full award lasts for three years. Schools and colleges will need to complete reaccreditation after three years of holding an award.
The programme that we deliver includes the full award and reaccreditation.
Quality Award Annual Review
The Quality Award Annual Review is an annual Information, Advice and Guidance check-up with a consultant. This is for schools and colleges that have a current Quality Award Accreditation. It ensures that you are staying on track with quality provision and highlights best practice.
Quality in Careers Standard Reaccreditation
The Quality in Careers Standard Reaccreditation is applicable for any school or college that has previously completed a Quality in Careers Standard mark that is due to expire three years after completion.
The reaccreditation allows for the renewal of the quality mark and the reassurance of a high standard of careers programme delivery.
