Our aim is to empower students, parents/carers and teaching staff to support students to broaden their thinking and confidence in their future.
We do this through developing careers knowledge, while also helping students to explore their own strengths, interests and motivations. We have developed our work on aspirations as a result of over 20 years of best practice in supporting young people to understand what it takes to be successful.
