Work Experience

Our Health and Safety team is qualified to IOSH & NEBOSH standards, and we check that employers adhere to all appropriate Health and Safety requirements and regulations.

We ensure the completion of paperwork that guarantees safety standards are met at employer locations. We enable the organisation and completion of employer visits by trained professionals.

Key Stages 3, 4, and 5

We work alongside your school/college and employers to help your students access valuable real-world work experience.

We source placements from employers from employers relevant to your students’ s ability and vocational interest. ests. We’ll help you deliver a workplace experience that can enhance employability skills, raise aspirations, and build confidence. We can also provide alternative work experience models which can be school-based, digital, or hybrid to meet your students’ need.

Key stages 3, 4 and 5.

An alternative to traditional work experience, for groups.

This programme allows students who may not be able to engage with traditional  work experience to, learn about local industry, visit related employers and work as a group to understand the skills needed to be successful.

We offer a choice of activities developed to be meet the needs of individuals taking part and employer encounters to help equip students with confidence and experience for working life.

Key Stages 4 and 5

We organise school-based activities to support groups of students who are not ready or unable to go out on work experience.

This programme is aimed at Year 10 students and above who will be preparing for the transition into HE, FE, or employment.

Activities include Q&A sessions with employers, access to Higher Education Providers and activities that build confidence, skills, and knowledge to prepare for future employment.

Key Stages 4 and 5

Aimed at KS4 and KS5 students, this offer is much more than a work experience placement, providing students with a deeper insight into their chosen career paths.

We help provide a long-term placement that will equip students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about progression routes into jobs and learning.

It provides multiple a direct and meaningful experience of the workplace over a term. It can help re-engage students into the curriculum and their learning.
