In most cases we can support you if:

  • You live in one of the areas we cover
  • Are between 16-18 or up to age 25 if you have an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP)
  • Aren’t already in education, employment or training

How we can help

Our advisers provide one-to-one careers support, designed around you. They will get to know you, so that they can provide advice that’s right for you.

Your adviser can also link you up with support for mental health, housing and benefits advice and more. If your adviser can’t help you with something directly, they will know someone who can.

Your adviser can help you to:

Understand job, training and education choices and qualifications
Build confidence and positive thinking
Research your options and make a plan
Build your CV, skills and experience
Apply for jobs, college, training or university
Prepare for interviews
Obtain ID

They can also:

Link you up with personal development and wellbeing programmes, and opportunities to build experience.
Help you to attend careers fairs, college open days or employer events
Help you plan journeys on public transport and access travel support
