Who is this qualification for?

The ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Effective Coaching is ideal for new and practising coaches.

What will I learn?

This qualification can help you enable a coaching culture within your organisation.

Candidates will learn about what it means to be an effective coach and understand the roles and responsibilities of a coach.

You’ll be given the knowledge of recognised coaching models and tools, be able to apply your new skills, and analyse your own coaching performance for improvement.

How will I learn?

You will learn by covering three mandatory units.

Delivery can be through a mix of online, virtual, and face-to-face sessions.

How will I be assessed?

The qualification is assessed through a portfolio of evidence, which can be written assessment via the course workbook.
