What will I learn?

The Level 4 Diploma will help you to:

• • Improve or update your essential knowledge, understanding, and skills required to work in the careers sector
  • Develop your understanding of the careers education and guidance sector
  • Explore the difference between a guidance interview and information and advice interviews
  • Extend your knowledge of careers information.

How will I learn?

You will cover 5 mandatory units and then achieve 15 credits from optional units.

Delivery can be through a mix of online, virtual, and face-to-face sessions.

We provide full assessor support with planning, gathering, and assessing evidence, including carrying out observations.

What can I do next?

You may wish to progress to the Level 6 OCR Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development.
