1.Purpose of collection
We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver personalised career guidance and follow-up support, such as your name, contact details, and career-related background. We do not request sensitive personal data (e.g. age, ethnicity, health information) unless it is directly relevant and you choose to provide it voluntarily.
2. Data retention
Notes and action plans from your session will be stored securely for 3 months, after which they will be deleted.
3. Confidentiality
All discussions and documents are confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
4. Written action plans
Following a careers guidance appointment, clients may receive a written action plan summarising key discussion points and agreed next steps. This will typically be sent via email within 5 working days of the appointment. Action plans will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
5. Non-refundable
Appointments are non-refundable.
6. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.
7. Technical issues
If technical issues prevent your session, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
