The aim of our session
Our aim is to help schools create a culture where every student – and every staff member – feels capable, supported, and ready to thrive.
What you will learnÂ
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Understand the science behind resilience and why timing matters
- Discover teachable skills like emotional regulation, goal-setting, and growth mindset
- Explore evidence-based frameworks. Our CPD draws on trusted, evidence-based approaches—such as Social & Emotional Learning (Education Endowment Foundation), NHS Five Ways to Wellbeing, Growth Mindset, and the 4Cs of Mental ToughnessÂ
- Take away a ready-to-use toolkit of strategies for classroom, tutor time, and whole-school approaches
We aim to give you the tools to:
- Embed resilience and wellbeing strategies across the curriculum
- Support staff and student mental health
- Engage parents and carers in resilience-building

This is a 2-hour interactive CPD session, delivered online via MS Teams (one place per booking).
