Career Connect CEO Sheila Clark said:

“To see another significant increase in our reach makes me proud that even more people are now able to access our life changing services.

“We work in a variety of settings, with people at different stages of their life and career journey, but what remains consistent is our high-quality service that places people’s voices and needs at the centre.

“The landscape is still challenging for the charity sector, but by being innovative, creative, and listening to the people we support, we are designing and delivering services that we know have an impact on individuals, communities and society as a whole.

“Our more than 300 dedicated colleagues around the country make a difference every day. I want to say a big thank you to everyone for their hard work and to the Board for their support and guidance. Together, we are changing lives and futures for the better.”
