This session is suitable for anyone above the age of 18 who wants to support people in their community or workplace through gaining knowledge on mental health conditions.
This session will provide access to resources and information that will help you correctly support and signpost individuals, including in your workplace.
This engaging two-hour session will be delivered on MS Teams.
This one-day, non-accredited awareness course helps provide an understanding and background to common workplace mental health issues.
Learners are given the background of common workplace mental health conditions, the different components of mental health wellbeing, factors that positively and negatively impact mental wellbeing, legislation, how to signpost, and ways to provide initial support.
We understand that every workplace is different, but curating structures, resources, and foundations tailored for your staff and service users is incredibly important.
We will design delivery and content to best suit you and your workplace and ensure that you are able to effectively and correctly provide support for those who need it.
This session is delivered by Sue Dickinson. Sue is a professional trainer and assessor who has worked in a management role delivering the National Careers Service, before bringing her extensive expertise to our Training and Development Team.
