We're delighted to announce that Career Connect has secured a major contract to deliver a new learning and employment service in Greater Manchester.

Designed to run until 2026, the new service will enable the charity to support thousands of people currently on probation, helping them into education, training and employment. By doing this, we aim to help participants overcome personal barriers and move into new opportunities.
Career Connect is recruiting a number of Key Workers to deliver the programme. They will be based at probation offices around Greater Manchester and will work directly with people on probation, helping them to realise their full potential.
Career Connect’s CEO Barry Fletcher said: “I am delighted that we have successfully secured this contract. It will help us to continue the excellent services we provide in the criminal justice sector, supporting individuals to overcome key barriers and realise their potential. We look forward to working closely with all stakeholders to make this new programme a real success.”
