Career Connect

Career Connect now features in the list of Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces for 2022, compiled by the National Centre for Diversity.

The news was announced at the prestigious FREDIE Awards 2022 held at Villa Park, with Career Connect ranking at number 46.

FREDIE Top 100 List

The FREDIE Awards recognise those organisations working to improve Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) practices in the workplace. As an accredited Investor in Diversity with the National Centre for Diversity, Career Connect places FREDIE standards at the heart of everything we do.

Barry Fletcher, Career Connect CEO said: “I am immensely proud to see Career Connect reach number 46 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2022. The last two years have been challenging for all charities. Yet it has not stopped the excellent work that colleagues in Career Connect have been doing – promoting FREDIE best practise and making our organisation a more inclusive place to work.”
