Career Connect CEO Sheila Clark, said:
“This is a superb achievement for our first time completing the full Best Companies survey. We help people move into employment – and we strive to be a positive example of a good employer, supporting our own staff in their careers. It is vital that all workplaces are inclusive and create an environment where people feel comfortable and truly valued.
“As a charity that designs support services, and as an employer, we know how important it is not just to listen, but to acknowledge feedback and take positive actions wherever we can in response.
“Thank you to all of our staff who shared their feedback, and to our People Team, who drive our culture of constructive dialogue and constant improvement, to ensure that we are an employer for all.”
