What help will I get?

Individual support

You will work one-to-one with an adviser who will spend time to get to know you. This will help them to provide personalised support.

Your adviser will also ask you about any barriers you face, and help you find ways to overcome them.

If your adviser can’t help you directly with something, they will know someone who can.

Your adviser can help you to:

  • Identify your strengths and interests
  • Understand job, training and education choices and qualifications
  • Research your options
  • Build your CV
  • Build confidence and positive thinking
  • Build up your experience and skills
  • Apply for college, jobs, training or university
  • Prepare you for interviews
  • Help you deal with anxiety
  • Obtain ID
  • Access travel support
